• Movable property (furniture, equipment, personal possessions, high value items etc) can be included in the real property insurance agreement;

• Civil liability. An accident in your apartment may result in damage to property of your neighbors, thus giving the right to claim for compensation. This problem can be solved in advance. By entering into property insurance agreement, you insure your civil liability to neighbors.
