PJSC “Crimean insurance company” provides insurance cover to the vessels being in Shipyards under construction. Rules applicable for this type of marine insurance are corresponding to Institute clauses for Builder’s risks.

Insurance object:

• The Assured’s property interests related to the vessel construction. Construction is understood as the process of vessel construction according to a certain project in accordance with the class requirements;

Insurance risks:

• Total loss (actual and constructive) and damage caused by any risks threatening the vessel during it’s construction and assembly, vessel’s launching and sea trials;

• Environmental pollution;

• Faulty design;

• General average and Salvage;

• Collision liability;

• Expenses for preventing, minimizing and ascertaining the loss amount;

Entering into contract:

• The client is to fill an Application form;

• The completed Application form has to be sent at the Company by e-mail or fax;

• After consideration of the information you provide us with, company’s experts will produce insurance quotation, that is containing major terms of insurance cover, warranty, insurance premium, deductible and other terms and conditions subject to further approval with client;
