PJSC “Crimean insurance company” undertakes for insurance motor boats and yachts pertaining to Ukrainian and international owners. The Company offers comprehensive hull and ship owner’s liability insurance cover. The insurance protection covers the whole period of vessel’s operation, including lay up period in harbors and mariners, storage in ground docks. Moreover we can offer insurance protection of the yacht and boats on the period of theirs transportation by truck or train from the shelter to seaside.

Hull Insurance risks:

• Total loss of the insurance objects (both actual and construction losses), damages to hull, engines, equipment as may happen during operation and/or storage of the vessel as a result of :
• Explosion, fire, tipping over, grounding, collision with an other vessel or object (whether floating or stationary);
• Damages to engines, mechanisms or equipment;
• Theft of the vessel or her parts;
• Loading/unloading of the vessel, launch the vessel on water, lifting of an insured vessel;

Shipowner’s Liability insurance:

• Owner’s liability to third parties for damages caused by the insured vessel as a result of the collision with the vessel or fixed and floating objects;
• Damages caused by the vessel to life and/or health to a third person or relevant environmental damages;

Additional insurance coverage is provided for the following risks:

• Haulage of an insured vessel;
• Speed boat insurance (speed of which excess 17 knots);
• Short – distance transportation of the vessel;

To obtain a Policy:

• Please fill in the Application form and send it at the Company by e-mail or fax;
• After consideration of the information you provide us with, company’s experts will produce insurance quotation, that is containing major terms of insurance cover, warranty, insurance premium, deductible and other terms and conditions subject to further approval with client;
• Please don’t forget to submit us copy of the registration and classification documents on the vessel and photographs of the vessel as a confirmation of her sound condition.
• In some cases, the Company may appoint a surveyor to examine large and/or luxury yachts.
